Returns

Because RAZ vapes are consumable nicotine products, we accept returns only on unopened, unused devices in sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Faulty or damaged on arrival

Photograph the box and device, then contact us with your order ID and the verification code. We replace confirmed faulty units and do not ask you to ship a leaking device back first.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 business days of the return arriving or the fault being confirmed. Crypto refunds are sent to a wallet you nominate.
